Found two of their employees leaning on my car in a residential car park - one of them putting their full weight on the wing mirror. I complained to Caretouch. No apology, no they will speak to the team, just that they would look into it - then no follow up.

Their carers parked a company car in a private car park for our flats blocking the access path to our block because they'd parked with wheels on the pavement - the 2 carers just couldn't be botherd to look for a space to park somewhere else & walk round. The car was causing an obstruction as other cars were finding it hard to get past, yet they just went off. I tried to call the office to report it as i'm disabled and your company car parked like that prevented me leaving my flat, but no surprise no one to answer the phone on a sunday. In future park your cars in spaces only or go park elsewhere & walk. Avoid this company staff clearly have no respect for anyone else. The 2nd time it happened I emailed - they apologised, but it still continues and it’s not acceptable!

I was also recently assigned this care company by social care - unfortunately they didn’t last very long as they left my front door wide open while I was asleep in bed so anyone could walk into my home and another time they left the key out the key safe. The final straw was a carer not listening to me giving her instructions and being incredibly rude to me - I instantly told her to leave and would inform social care of all of this, they had the nerve to then turn up the next day. They are from what I saw all foreign staff very poor little English spoken and understood - avoid using them an absolute shambles.

Caretouch Homecare staff are professional in the care they deliver and always have a listening ear to both patient and family. I would highly recommend their services.
