Dear Emma and all the team at Caretouch. There are not enough words of gratitude that I can say for the kindness, compassion, friendliness and professionalism given to my Dad. I am so truly grateful. You all made my Dad's life more bearable. The smiles you all gave him too. For me I shall be forever grateful that I had such a caring team to support me. Please could you Thank the carers who looked after me for 5 months. I am very grateful for the care and attention to me. In 5 months they have nursed me back to full health.

Afternoon Emma I have been so anxious to send this email as The last 3 years have been so hard on Marty and myself. I didn’t want to jinx us. I want to say how much Billy and Karl have Helped Marty. Marty is so happy to see them both every day. Marty’s mental health has had such a huge improvement. In Marty’s words(  they are a life changer). Marty can be himself and not get anxious around them and has helped his confidence with getting out. We can now have short visits from friends and family and I can leave the house for a few hours. This is just a snippet of how the care has improved  our life’s. From the bottom of my heart I can not thank you Guys  enough. Kind regards Lucy and Marty

We have employed Caretouch since the end of June to assist care for my sister both at night and during the day. I have been very impressed by the team’s kindness and care of my sister’s dignity in addition to the detailed and excellent care plan in place. The staff are delightful and a pleasure to work with.

Caretouch Homecare staff are professional in the care they deliver and always have a listening ear to both patient and family. I would highly recommend their services.
